By using Clues by Sam (the "App"), provided by Inowios, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App offers a daily logic puzzle, tutorials, an archive of past puzzles, hints, statistics and sharing features. Some features require an active Premium subscription. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your store account settings; refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us about any unauthorised use.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access it with automated tools, reverse engineer the App, or interfere with other players' statistics.
The App, its puzzles, texts and design are owned by Inowios or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may share your result grids and scenario links freely.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
